Agriculture Regulatory Specialist
Location: to Glasgow, Ky.
The actual location of this position is not limited to Glasgow, Ky. This position covers eleven counties in west central Kentucky where the inspector is expected to live. The counties include: Barren, Edmonson, Grayson, Green, Hardin, Hart, Larue, Meade, Metcalfe, Monroe and Nelson.
This position provides coordination and inspections for feed, fertilizer, seed, and milk program areas within state laws and regulations for the Division of Regulatory Services. Is a liaison between the regulated community and the program coordinators to facilitate communication and compliance. Provide consumer protection, food safety, and service to industry to achieve voluntary compliance.
