The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment invites applications for a Distillery Manager/Head Distiller. As distillery manager the selected candidate will perform operations in distillery production via SOPs, manage safety protocols, maintain required record keeping and have good team work skills. The Beam Institute is a collaborative team focused on serving the State of Kentucky’s vibrant bourbon and distilled spirits industry. This role will be central to operations and engage in public private partnerships to perform research, educate the next generation of distillers and provide outreach to our community.
