Location: Lexington, KY
The Research Farms Department is seeking a Plumbing Supervisor that will report within the unit of Construction Services on the Research Farms. The position will include installing new plumbing systems including water mains, irrigation systems, hydrants, fixtures, and facilities; in addition to responding to service calls pertaining to the maintenance required of existing plumbing systems. They will be required to provide design review for proposed projects, perform material takeoffs, produce cost estimates, obtain permits and schedule inspections as required. Position will require the use of trade appropriate tools and equipment depending on the project.
