This position is located in Nancy, Ky.

The 4-H Camp Director will be responsible for direct oversight, budgeting, planning, and preparing for year-round camping programs and rental groups. Responsible for recruiting, hiring seasonal camp staff and direct day to day management of all camp programs and rental groups. Responsible for direct supervision for up to 25+ temporary, full-time employees. Continually evaluate and monitor risk management practices to ensure health and safety of participants and staff. Responsible for the day to day management of the camp budget. Research and pursue fund development opportunities as appropriate (e.g., fundraisers and grants). Work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Camp Maintenance and Operations Supervisor to evaluate facilities and set maintenance priorities and work plans. Develop new program opportunities and work with Extension staff, when necessary, to create new camp sponsored programs. On-site housing is available.
