Location: Lexington, KY
The College of Agriculture, Food & Environment seeks a Talent Manager to serve as a key member of the College’s Business Center HR Team. The Talent Manager will be part of our efforts to find more innovative and effective ways to market and deliver the services the team offers. The duties include oversight and delivery of college-wide staff training and development of professional programs. The Talent Manager will also be key to various exciting events throughout the year, including: College Outstanding Staff Award, Staff Service Awards, as well as being involved with in-person Job Fairs and virtual Lunch & Learn/Onboarding sessions. The Business Center is committed to promoting work-life balance by offering hybrid work arrangements that allow for some amount of remote work. This position includes excellent benefits and provides opportunities for internal advancement.
