CAFE is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Office of Alumni and Philanthropy. The Financial Coordinator will serve as the CAFE Philanthropy business officer & oversee day to day operations. As the business officer, this position will ensure all gift and purchasing transactions are processed promptly, serve as Procard editor, assist with creating new accounts, monitor major gift accounts, and administer advice on budget. In addition, this role will help coordinate overall office needs, provide HR oversight, and participate in department activities. Top candidates will bring forth a customer service mentality in the office to provide a first class experience for our donors, alumni and colleagues.
