The Computer Support Specialist II is a part time position with benefits that provides end-user support for select assigned departments & units within the College of Agriculture, Food & Environment (CAFE). This includes, but is not limited to: purchasing and tracking of all equipment used by personnel within the assigned departments and units, supporting end-user computers, select smart classrooms, teaching facilities, labs/clinics and conference rooms. This position will play a key role in assisting CAFE personnel with IT security concerns and educating them on secure computing best practices. Work will also include working with other IT team members in the college for the resolution of IT support issues and needs.
