The Center for Student Success in the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment (CAFE) is seeking an Academic Living & Learning Success Coordinator to serve as the coordinator and advisor to the Agriculture, Food and Environment Residential College’s Belle C. Gunn First-Year Program, also known as the CAFE Living Learning Program (LLP). This position will serve as a liaison between residence hall staff and a variety of college and university constituents. Additionally, this position will be responsible for coordinating LLP programming including assisting in connected course instruction, budget management, attending regular meetings, assisting instructors of connected courses, coordinating with full-time and faculty advisors, managing peer mentors, assessing student learning outcomes, and creating a culture for student success.
