Location: Lexington, KY
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture Food and Environment Fleet Services is seeking an Auto Mechanic II to support the Fleet Services operation. This position requires an individual competent in customer service, computer skills and a variety of highly skilled tasks including diagnosis and repair of farm equipment and vehicles. Tasks encompass preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs including but not limited to major tune-ups on all types of engines, brakes, (hydraulics and air) suspension, air conditioning systems and electronics for a fleet consisting of passenger vehicles and light, medium and heavy-duty trucks and farm equipment. This position is located off-campus at the scenic 1800 acre North Farm in north Lexington.
