Location: Lexington, KY
A Move Coordinator is needed to assist the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment (M-G CAFE) leadership team to support departments as they vacate their current space to transition to a new location.
Tasks include:
• Assisting departmental staff and faculty with disposal or storage of paper files (scanning/boxing/labeling/moving).
• Assisting departmental staff and faculty with disposal or storage of physical property, including technology assets (boxing/labeling/moving).
• Assisting departmental staff and faculty with understanding all university processes related to disposal or storage of paper files, physical property, and chemicals/hazardous materials.
• Maintaining records for M-G CAFE leadership team regarding departmental progress on disposal and storage of paper files, physical property, and chemicals/hazardous materials.
Must work positively and proactively with college faculty, staff, and students, as well as other university staff and external vendors involved in the building moves planning and execution.
Full-time summer 2025 with possibility of continuing into the 2025-26 academic year on a part-time basis.
